If there are days where all of the posts are not on the same day, or all of the posts happen 1 day late, that means there was a problem with the satellite. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Day 9 - Ivano
Shortly after I stopped logging yesterday, I proposed the idea that we should go back to the Placid Portobello soon. Kevin thought it was a good idea, but said that he should go alone to check it out. He also keeps audio logs, just like us. We heard him talking through the radio transmitter, saying something that sounded like "Joe.... Hold up there..." I think Kevin was telling us to stay here. Kevin realized that the Zombies are attracted to human voices. He said that whenever he goes outside and tries to log, Zombies flock on to him like flies to rotting food. We have to keep quiet. It pains me, but I am going to have to start whispering the logs, and everything else we do. I hate whispering. Alex and I went to the roof of Wonton Cooks and mounted our minigun there. Now we have a 360° view of the area around us, and we can shoot any way we want. Again, nothing interesting is happening. Alex and I are quiet, slowly running out of ammo, and slowly running out of food. I'm sure my logs will get longer soon, but for now there is nothing to report. Just the steady flow of Zombies. Hopefully Kevin will be back with this Joe person... Maybe we can form a team. This reminds me of a game I used to play before the infestation. It was called Fascist Vampires.... There would be 4 of us holed up in a room with a bunch of Vampires clawing at the windows, ripping them apart and coming through. We would shoot them, and see how many rounds we could last. It seems like I do these logs every night at about 10, and that's when the Zombies come. That means i've got to go. Aim for the head.

Day 8 - Kevin
Food supplies are okay, but I like to be stocked in case we get pinned down. Ivano suggested to go scavenging at the Placid Portobello down the street, since it seems like it was a pizza bar, it's bound to have canned goods we can keep. Ivano started suggesting we all go together but I told him I would go alone because of something I realized. During my trip back and forth between the Town Bank, I would attempt to whisper an audio log, but a zombie horde would descend upon me in an instant. That was when I made a startling realization, these zombies are attracted by our sounds. Wait. If sound is what attracts them, than why didn't they just mindlessly rush our loud-as-hell minigun. Maybe they have some kind of intelligence and aren't just mindless wanderers. After explaining this, Alex and Ivano told me they would hold down the fort while I went to the Placid Portobello. I started creeping around outside slowly making my way down to the Placid Portobello and saw the good old We Buy Silver shop and decided to make a detour for ammo. I was greeted by a huge surprise, both good and bad. Good surprise - Joe was there. Bad surprise - Joe shot at me, missed, hit the alarm, and set it ringing for the whole town to hear. "Get to the back of the shop and barricade the back door!!!" I yelled over the alarm. I could see the zombies starting to run towards our location and ran after Joe while yelling in the transceiver that connected to Ivano and Alex. "You hold up there, I've got Joe here, and no matter what happens, Stay Alive! Kevin out!"
Day 8 - Ivano
What a night. We didn't sleep last night because we were fighting them.... the Lori. We have named the the Lori after the animal, the Slow Loris. We call the really slow zombies Slow Loris because it makes us happy. Normal Zombie = Loris Fast Zombie = Fast Loris Slow Zombie = Slow Loris Stinky Zombie - Stank Loris Girl Zombie = Babe Loris. That's our names for all the types of Zombies. Anyway, we are with Kevin now. We sneaked into Wonton Cooks and found Kevin sitting with his pistol ready, waiting for any noise that would indicate the Lori. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, he aimed at us and shot at us. Luckily he missed. We were running all night. We managed to find a shopping cart, so we rigged it in a way that it would hold our minigun. Alex pulled the cart and I was on the back end of the cart, aiming the minigun. We took turns pulling and aiming, but we managed to hold off all of the Zombies coming our way. Kevin is an amazing marksman, so we don't need to worry about wasting ammo or anything either. It's one shot, one kill for him. We heard a voice speak into a radio, but we couldn't make out any words. Maybe this was someone else. Hopefully anyone surviving in the area will hear our gunshots and come to Wonton Cooks. We are going to stay here for a while. I still haven't proposed the Placid Portobello idea yet, but I will when we start running low on food. I will leave you with a promise. As long as my battery is not dead, I will upload every day (except for weekends.) I will log everything that happens in the day, even if it is not much. If there are 4 consecutive week days that I do not upload for, that means that I am dead. Anyone listening, remember these words: Aim for the head.

Day 7 - Joseph
Day 7 - Wow. A whole week has passed since the first zombies started appearing. I hope we can all hold out until the mutation is cured. Today I found some more ammo outside the We Buy Silver I'm holed up in. Trouble is, I'm gettin' low on food. From the roof of my camp, I spotted a Wonton Cooks in the distance. Maybe there will be some leftovers in there. That will be my next stop. I also found a radio in a broken-down police cruiser out in the street. I'm currently searching the air-waves for some sign of life. Maybe I can get find the positions of my friends. Wonder how they're doin'... Maybe they've found each other... Maybe they're looking for me... Or maybe... No. I shouldn't think negatively. They're out there. I thought I had heard a word or two on the radio, but I accidentally switched channels, and when I went back, all I got was static. But there is hope yet.
Stay safe. Stay alive.

Day 7 - Ivano
Alex advised me not to upload my audio files during the weekends. I find it hard enough already to keep track of all my posts, so I don't think I will be uploading at all during the weekends. Alex wont tell me why, though. I have some good news. We are in town now. We can see the Wonton Cooks sign in the distance. We hear gun shots every few hours coming from that direction as well. Right now we are camping in the Placid Portabello. It is very colorful and it has drawings of pizza everywhere, so my only guess is that it was a pizza joint before it happened. We have a good food supply here. I think that once we find Wonton Cooks, we should come back here. It's a pretty nice place to hold up for a bit. Hold on... I can hear those retarded brain eaters screaming and trying to break down our windows. I better go help Alex fend them off. Hopefully by the next time I upload I will have found Kevin. Have a good one, my friends. Ciao.

Day 6 - Joseph
Day 6 - Phew. What a day. Almost a whole week of running and gunning really takes it out of you. I had no time for an update. Everywhere I turned there was a zombie on my tail. I'm starting to lose hope. I have no idea where my comrades could be. Maybe if I had a way of communication, a radio, a computer, I could track them down. There. New objective. Earlier this week I heard gunshots from the South-West part of town. I have been pushing my way towards it since, but the going is tough. Debris clutters the streets, and I have to pick my footing carefully. Right now I'm camped out in a We Buy Silver. If my guesses are correct, I'm close to where the gunshots came from. I'm thinking I'm right. From all the zombie corpses laying about, it looks like there was a fight. Maybe I will finally find one or more of my comrades. Well, until next time.

Day 3 - Ivano
We're on the move, and I'm out of breath so I can't talk much without exhausting myself. I just wanted to let whoever might be hearing this know that before they dropped the bombs and half the population, the government handed out solar powered audio recorders. They have a signal that connects to a satellite. The recorders have an upload option. I take advantage of this thinking that one day someone might find my story interesting. Anyone in the world can connect to the satellite that we send our files to and listen to the files uploaded to it. I would like to congratulate the person hearing this as you have obviously succeeded in downloading my files. Hopefully you have found my previous posts interesting. I'm on the move, as I said. We're trying to keep a light jogging pace. It seems like we're almost half way to Wonton Cooks. I'm getting tire.... tired. If i talk more i might get......... too tired to continue the.... run.... Until....... next......... time.....
Day 2 - Kevin
Damn! Zombies broke through the reinforced door in the We Buy Silver. Can't even believe how much physical strength these guys have. Luckily, I was awake during that time and managed to take out a couple before gathering my supplies and leaving through the back door where I found a dead police squad that looked like they had tried to make stand here, but fell to the incessant waves of zombies. I picked through the guns and ammo and managed to salvage an assault rifle of some kind and enough ammo to last me a while. As I started to jog away, I heard a sound behind me and glanced behind my back, where I was greeted by the sight of the dead police squad rising from the ground. I whirled around and shot one in the head with my pistol before the rest started chasing after me. Had no choice but to mow the rest of them down with the assault rifle. The sound of the guns firing echoed throughout the empty town, hopefully not attracting any zombies, but that was a slim chance. I noticed one of the police men had a radio strapped to his belt and picked it up. "Can anybody hear me? My name is Kevin, I'm behind a Wonton Cooks right now and I need help, but it's not safe here anymore. I'm going to the nearby TownBank, hopefully I can find shelter there. If you can hear me respond!" I yelled into the radio. The only thing that responded to my calls was static, though I could have sworn that I heard something reply, but it was probably my imagination just playing tricks on me. But it seems that I rested in We Buy Silver for too long and it's almost already night. I'll have to hole up in Wonton Cooks and barricade the back door, but the front door is too weak and would probably break down, looks like I'll have to fight of the night.

Day 2 - Ivano
Ugh. That smell. There is nothing we can do with the corpses except for throw them off of the rock that we are perched on. Even then, it is still only 30 feet high so the smell of the rotting corpses will still waft up to our position. blegh. I want to burn them, but I fear that burning them will make it smell even worse. Luckily, there have been no attacks today. I never thoroughly explained how we got all of our ammo and Alex's sniper in yesterday's post. Alex told me that he found his sniper when he was moving through the mountains, lying by a dead body, next to an ammo box. He said that there were numerous zombies around the body that he found, but it looked like the zombies left it alone after they ate most of the skin off of the corpse. Poor guy. If only he had back up. I hope that it won't end that way for Carter and Joe. Meanwhile, I got my 3,000 rounds, claymores, motion sensors, and a minigun by looting one of the gun shops here. It was on fire, so i had to run through and gather all of the crap that I could get. I took a shopping cart and loaded it with ammo boxes. I counted all that later, and it came out to around 3,000 rounds. I found some claymores lying around on the floor. I took the motion sensors off of the security system in the store. I rigged them so that they trigger a buzzer when the sense motion. I found my minigun in the back of the shop. It was slightly broken down but I'm just going to have to deal with it. I have been listening to the radio (terrible reception) and I heard a strange voice trying to say something. It was hard to understand through the radio but it sounded like someone was calling for help. "Wonton Cooks.... Safehouse.... Gunshots.....Help....Kevin." Those were the only words that I could pick out. We tried to respond, saying "We're coming." Hopefully he heard at least those two words. That's all he needs to hear. Alex and I might have to find somewhere with better reception. All I know is that we have to find this Kevin guy. I remember seeing an asian restaurant named Wonton Cooks when I was on my way back from that gun shop. If Alex approves of my idea, we'll have a tremendous journey tomorrow. Alex will suggest that we leave everything we have here and go and look for this guy. I refuse. I say we bring everything and leave nothing. I better get some rest. Hopefully we'll find this Kevin guy tomorrow. -- Ivano
Day 1 - Kevin
I've barely managed to find a safehouse inside this We Buy Silver store right next to Wonton Cooks. I was lucky enough to find a pistol and ammo inside the store, probably meant to be used on thieves, not the undead. I have enough food rations to last me 2-3 days as I was able to salvage some canned goods from the local Half Foods, but there was no water to be found. My water bottle is half empty now and I'll be forced to move soon if I don't find any more. I heard some gunshots from farther away, hopefully other survivors I can meet up with. Must get some rest now, zombies will probably be knocking on the doorstep in the morning.

Day 1 - Joseph
Day 1 - Nowhere is safe. Not anymore. The zombies have found their way into every possible safe-house. At least, none that I have come across have been habitable. But it's not just the zombies. As I walk the streets, I feel the danger from even the human survivors, with all the looting and murder happening. We must stand strong, stand together as a dominant species if we want to last. Today, I secured for myself a shotgun and a bag of rations. Hopefully what I have with me will last until my next stop. I am also searching for my comrades, Alex, Ivano, and Carter, all lost after the disaster.
For now - Joseph
For now - Joseph
Day 1 - Ivano
Day 1 - The zombies have invaded. I found Alex three hours ago, camped out on top of a rock. He was and still is looking over the rock with a sniper in hand. I have set up claymores on every side of us, and motion sensors so we'll know if someone breaks through. There is a cave behind us, providing our only source of shelter. I found a radio in an abandoned cave, and am constantly calling through it to see if my comrades can hear me. Until the day that Carter and Joe hear us, there is nothing we can do except to look out for zombies and conserve ammo. We're going to run out of food soon as well. Let's just hope that we don't have to start feeding on the zombie corpses. I hear that they taste like sewage. All we are left with today are 3,000 bullets, a pile of zombie corpses, and the hope that we will find Jophes and Carter sometime in the near future. -- Ivano
